A reputable 700 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Upper Manhattan has an immediate need for experienced Registered NurseType: HC-ContractShifts: Evening ShiftLocation: New York, NYResponsibilities:Oversee responsibility for patient care of Long-term and short-term individualsProvides direct patient/resident care as needed.Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the unit's medical recordsInitiates and ensures effective interdepartmental communicationResponsible for maintaining an appropriate and safe environmentQualifications:BSN preferred.Valid NYS Professional Registered Nurse License.At least 6 months of nursing Home experience.Experienced with NYS DOH and Joint Commission standards.Knowledge of MDS and PRI processes preferred.Strong organization, multi-tasking, critical thinking and problem solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English.Must be service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent documentation skills and computer proficiency including ability to use clinical, email and MS Office applications.Please email: #LI-JA1
