Nightingale's List is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for correctional healthcare assignments in Philadelphia, PA.

As part of the care team, RNs will:

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and emergency response
• Conduct sick calls, triage, and chronic condition management
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health teams, and security staff
• Document all care in compliance with facility and nursing standards
• Deliver compassionate care in a secure correctional environment

• Active PA RN License (or Compact if applicable)
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (correctional, ER, psych, or med-surg preferred)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Ability to pass security clearance/background check
• Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills
