Position Summary: We are seeking a confident, experienced, and mission-driven Home Health Clinical Manager to lead our Washington, D.C. office. This is a fully on-site leadership position-not remote or hybrid-and is critical to maintaining exceptional clinical and operational standards across our services in the District. - Provide on-site leadership to ensure smooth agency operations and excellent patient care
- Ensure compliance with all Medicare, Medicaid, and Washington, D.C. home health regulations
- Build strong relationships with referral partners, staff, patients, and their families
- Oversee budgeting, staffing, quality initiatives, and performance outcomes
- Prepare the agency for audits, surveys, and regulatory inspections
- Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and compassionate service
- Hire, onboard, train, and support clinical and administrative staff
- Continuously improve systems, policies, and workflows for efficiency and quality
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Licensed or eligible to serve as a Home Health Administrator in Washington, D.C.
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within home health care
- Strong understanding of CMS and D.C. Department of Health regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Willingness and ability to work fully on-site, with no remote or hybrid options
