Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.000001 | On Call | Variable Hours/Variable DaysSalary: Wages are between $51.92 - $74.80 an hour. 15% of base pay for working Flex Work Force position! Plus, you will earn shift differentials for swing, night, and weekend hours:

• $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $2.50 extra for working weekends

Position Summary TheFamily Birth Center at Asante Ashland Community Hospital (AACH)is a low risk birth center. We believe in specialized holistic care and take pride in our patient experience. We offer a safe center for family-focused care that empowers women in a nurturing, homelike environment. We average around 270 deliveries per year and have 5 LDRP rooms, 2 water birth rooms and 2 postpartum overflow rooms. We follow AWHONN staffing guidelines for labor and mom/baby couplets. As a Family Birth Center RN at Asante, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with a supportive team of bedside staff and management
• Care for both low and high-risk patients
• Take an active role in the decision-making process through participation on shared governance councils

QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor's degree in Nursingpreferred

Experience

• 1 year of Labor & Delivery experiencepreferred
• 2 years clinical experiencepreferred

Licensure/Certifications

• RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
• NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 4 months of hire
