Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and health coaching to support clients' long-term health goals
  • Interpret biometric and lab data (e.g., A1c, cholesterol, thyroid, vitamin D, etc.) and translate results into client-friendly guidance
  • Develop personalized nutrition and behavior change plans tailored to client goals, lifestyle, and medical needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our EMR system
  • Collaborate with our care team to support high-quality, integrated client care
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing communication, and occasional content development
  • Stay up to date with evidence-based guidelines and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA

  • Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
  • 2–5 years of clinical experience required
  • Strongly preferred: experience in GI nutrition, diabetes management, or chronic disease care
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (Practice Better preferred)
  • CDCES certification is a plus
  • Must be committed to long-term growth with our team

Why Join Us?

  • Flexible schedule (24+ hours/week within M–F 8:00 am–7:00 pm)
  • Work-from-home setup with a supportive and communicative remote team
  • Meaningful work helping clients improve health outcomes through education and coaching
  • Mission-driven culture with opportunities to grow and expand your role
  • Collaborative team environment where your input and expertise are valued
  • The position offers vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, bonus days off, annual stipend for continuing education and 401K with employer match after successful completion of probation period
  • Registration and License Fees paid annually after successful completion of probation period
