Revitalize Nutrition, a division of Take Control, specializes in outpatient nutrition counseling for GI disorders, chronic health conditions, and weight management.
About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated, licensed Registered Dietitian to join our team in a long-term capacity. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is genuinely passionate about nutrition, seeks to deliver personalized health coaching, through education and support and excited to find a long-term role where you can grow and make a real impact. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in GI or diabetes care. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and health coaching to support clients' long-term health goals
- Interpret biometric and lab data (e.g., A1c, cholesterol, thyroid, vitamin D, etc.) and translate results into client-friendly guidance
- Develop personalized nutrition and behavior change plans tailored to client goals, lifestyle, and medical needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our EMR system
- Collaborate with our care team to support high-quality, integrated client care
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing communication, and occasional content development
- Stay up to date with evidence-based guidelines and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
Qualifications:
- Must reside in MT, ID, CO, CA, NM, AZ, OR, SD, or UT and eligible for a Montana Nutrition License through the MT Board of Medical Examiners
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
- 2–5 years of clinical experience required
- Strongly preferred: experience in GI nutrition, diabetes management, or chronic disease care
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (Practice Better preferred)
- CDCES certification is a plus
- Must be committed to long-term growth with our team
