- Complete nutrition assessments using the Nutrition Care Process
- Document in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Provide individualized nutrition therapy and education
- Assist with menu planning and department initiatives
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold hospital values
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or registration-eligible
- Kansas state license (or eligible)
Skills & Abilities - Knowledge of enteral and parenteral nutrition
- Strong clinical assessment and time management skills
- Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities
