Registered Dietician - talent4health : Job Details

Duration: 13 weeks

Weekly Gross: $1,682.00

Description:

• Screens and assesses patients in an accurate and timely manner based on levels of care; determines patients' nutritional needs and status and provides follow-up care.
• Interviews patients and/or their families to obtain history of food habits and preferences.
• Monitors patients for and provides education on food/drug interactions.
• Records food and drug interactions in the education section.
• Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and damage.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Foods and Nutrition
• At least one+ year of experience is required
• New York State Certification, issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) as a “Dietitian-Nutritionist”
• BLS-AHA
• Women's health and nutrition including diabetes- Preference CDCES certificate would be preferred.

Additional:

• Work Hours: Shift: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
