Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School-Based (Berks County, PA)

Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions firm that connects educators, therapists, and school health professionals with leading schools nationwide. We are currently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support districts in Berks County, Pennsylvania, for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity in a school-based setting.

This is an exciting chance to support students receiving services while collaborating with a supervising BCBA, educators, and school staff to help students build skills and achieve meaningful progress.

Position Details

• Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Location: Leesport, Berks County, PA
• Duration: August 2025 – June 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
• Setting: School-based (K–12 population; caseload varies by site)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy in the school setting.
• Collect and report accurate data on student performance and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school support staff.
• Promote skill acquisition, social development, and appropriate replacement behaviors.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
• Experience working with children or students with autism and/or behavioral needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism in collaborative settings.
