About the Role:
We're seeking experienced RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) to join our dynamic team, where your skills will be recognized, nurtured, and expanded.

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group ABA interventions to children and adolescents with ASD.
- Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
- Lead skill acquisition and behavior management in various settings.
- Engage in advanced training and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience working with children with Autism.
- Previous RBT experience in ABA or Mental Health settings.
- Current RBT Certification (bonus for credentialed RBTs).
- Physical agility and fluency in English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
