About the Role:

We're seeking experienced RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) to join our dynamic team, where your skills will be recognized, nurtured, and expanded.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group ABA interventions to children and adolescents with ASD.
  • Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
  • Lead skill acquisition and behavior management in various settings.
  • Engage in advanced training and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with children with Autism.
  • Previous RBT experience in ABA or Mental Health settings.
  • Current RBT Certification (bonus for credentialed RBTs).
  • Physical agility and fluency in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week
