An expert sales mentality and a history of successful sales initiatives are essential, as is the ability to foster a guest-focused and charismatic environment. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in a multi-unit leadership role within a high-volume, full-service, corporate hospitality setting.
