• Install and Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial bed sprayer systems at Asphalt Plants throughout the Southeast
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical, mechanical, and structural issues
• Travel regionally (up to 50%) to customer sites for service calls
• Keep detailed service records and communicate findings
• Work closely with our Service Manager to support long-term customer success
• Assemble Components to manufacture New Systems

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with spray equipment, or industrial machinery
• Strong diagnostic skills-electrical, mechanical, and structural
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Comfort in industrial plant environments
• Able to read schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals

• Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service instincts
• Great communicator-able to explain repairs and solutions clearly
• Calm under pressure with a strong sense of ownership
• Team player with a can-do mindset
• Willingness to Answer Emergency Calls After Hours
