Position Overview

As the Regional Senior Manager of Post Production/IQR, you will partner with teams across multiple sites (including IC leadership, reconditioning, and support teams) to develop and implement Post Production & Quality programs. You will also oversee the performance of internal and external vendors. We seek a resourceful self-starter to lead our Inspection Centers' growth, focusing on closing operational gaps and establishing standardized practices for exceptional quality.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading and developing Post Production teams, creating and implementing new processes and systems.
  • Identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth execution across a fast-evolving platform.
  • Providing clear direction and support to close operational gaps promptly.
  • Collaborating with business partners to develop systems, metrics, reporting, and staffing models.
  • Leading onsite personnel at third-party production locations.
  • Managing quality of internal and external vendors producing units for Carvana.
  • Building effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Executing large-scale change initiatives and new process rollouts.
What The Job Requires
  • Minimum of 8 years in leadership, people development, and operations.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to develop scalable operating systems and processes.
  • Track record of process improvement and innovation.
  • Experience managing change across large teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% and work in varied environments.
  • Proficient in computer skills and able to provide actionable feedback.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
