AirSculpt is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Northeast! The Regional Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance across multiple centers within a designated region. This individual will oversee a team of Patient Care Consultants (PCCs) and collaborate closely with Practice Managers, Surgeons, and Operations Leadership to ensure center success. A results-driven, emotionally intelligent leader with deep expertise in direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales will thrive in this role. Our Northeast region includes: Birmingham, MI; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; Deerfield, IL; Edina, MN; Kansas City, KS; New York City, NY; Philadelphia, PA; White Plains, NY.

Compensation Starting at $90K (commensurate with experience) plus bonus. Bonus is tied to revenue tier performance by region.
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
