About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You will be managing a team of sales professionals and working closely with distributors to ensure effective sales operations. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase sales volume, expand sales territories, and develop strong relationships with customers and distributors. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Regional Sales, Distributor Sales, or Territory Sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Experience in National Sales or District Sales
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry
  • Ability to travel as needed
Responsibilities:
