REGIONAL RECRUITER POSITION SUMMARY The Regional Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process within an assigned region, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of top talent to meet organizational needs. This role partners with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce requirements, develop strategic sourcing plans, and deliver a positive candidate experience. The Regional Recruiter will also represent the organization at regional career events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen the company's employment brand. REGIONAL RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with regional leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending qualified candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and community partnerships to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Conduct outreach campaigns and attend regional recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
- Maintain strong knowledge of regional labor markets, employment trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalism.
- Track recruitment metrics, provide reporting, and evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding, retention strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
REGIONAL RECRUITER PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
