Regional Recruiter

Integritus Healthcare is a long-term Care, Senior Living and Housing company located in the Berkshires with locations throughout Massachusetts. Integritus Healthcare lives its core values of integrity, compassion, teamwork, excellence, and stewardship. We are looking for a Healthcare Billing Specialist to join our team. Essential Job Functions:

  • Design and implement an overall regional recruiting strategy aligned with the organizational recruiting strategy
  • Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and determining the suitability of applicant in various departments for employment by analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through networking, databases, and innovative research tactics
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport
  • Manage job requisitions and job posting boards for full time and part time positions
  • Partner with hiring teams at the affiliates to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
  • Develop job postings, conduct interviews, present and negotiate employment offers, all while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
  • Partner with Regional HR manager for successful onboarding, communicating status to all stakeholders along the way
  • Stay well-informed of the competitive landscape, including compensation and employment trends
  • Navigate all workflow phases in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Promote organization's culture of engagement and vision for excellence
  • Continually innovate on new sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates for open positions
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, Hiring Managers interactions, and other recruiting activities
  • Maintain timely and effective communications with all partners throughout the recruiting process including communication with candidates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in human resource management, related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years' experience including 3+ years recruiting experience in the life science in full cycle recruitment, with a proven track record recruiting across all functional areas
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment; full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience. Healthcare/Long term care or human services experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
  • Proven experience in identifying, engaging and closing active and passive candidates
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews - Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt style and delivery in response to DISC style to ensure a respectful and productive interaction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally, productively, and respectfully with all levels of staff, management, residents, and the public
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Passion to provide excellent customer service and provide applicants with a positive experience at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Flexibility, self-direction, motivation, and an ability to effectively communicate with employees and management at all level
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail with ability to work both independently as well as with a team
  • Ability to monitor accuracy of own work with little direct oversight
  • Strong teamwork and relationship management skills; works effectively with all styles and personalities
  • Proficient with various MS applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to represent, model, and articulate the BHCS mission, vision and strategies in their daily interactions

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Position may require working beyond normal working hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Regular travel between affiliates required as needed to fulfill job duties. Occasional travel to external meetings required.
