A large real estate company is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 2,500+ residential units. This leadership role is responsible for managing property management teams, driving tenant satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence across all properties. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale property portfolios, strong communication skills, and the ability to align operations with ownership's business goals.

• Leading property management teams, providing training, support, and performance evaluations
• Collaborating with ownership and stakeholders to align operations with company objectives
• Overseeing budgets, financial performance, and expense controls
• Managing maintenance schedules, capital projects, and property improvements
• Ensuring tenant satisfaction and addressing escalated issues promptly
• Identifying operational challenges and implementing proactive solutions
• Maintaining portfolio-wide standards and compliance with regulations

• Extensive experience managing large property portfolios (multi-thousand units preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills
• Proactive problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven ability to maintain high tenant satisfaction across multiple sites

• Full-time, regional role covering a large property portfolio in Maryland
• Strategic position with direct collaboration with ownership
