Qualifications & Skills:

• Passion for a strong U.S.-Israel relationship and commitment to AIPAC's mission
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
• Minimum of 5 years of political experience (working on political campaigns, or on Capitol Hill) or other relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to juggle many different projects simultaneously across several teams within the region
• A collaborative personal style
• Knowledge of Middle East current events

AIPAC is offering a competitive market base salary for the position between $115,000.00 and $137,000.00 The job offer within the range will depend on how closely a candidate's skills and experience match the role's requirements. AIPAC also offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that contributes to employees' total compensation package.
