Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA has partnered with a top facilities/building services company seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee day-to-day management of contracts across Northern California.

This role focuses on operational excellence, client satisfaction, financial performance, and growth. It involves business management, client development, and leadership of regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and compliance across sites.
  • Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and prepare annual forecasts.
  • Lead new business opportunities including pricing, proposals, and contract mobilization.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain and grow accounts.
  • Oversee union negotiations, contract reviews, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop and coach regional management teams to maximize performance.
  • Foster a strong safety-first culture.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of senior management experience.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L's
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
