Regional Manager, Hospital - Zoll Data Systems : Job Details

Direct management of Hospital Territory Managers (sales representatives). Essential Functions. Maintain a positive attitude. Control discounts and expenses to contribute positively to ZOLL's profitability. Hire, educate, retain and promote talented sales people. Foster a team environment within your Region. Communicate, implement, and monitor the Hospital Strategic Plan. Develop Territory Managers through coaching and positive reinforcement. Spend an average of three days per week working in the field with your TM's. Set expectations for the Territory Managers and insect what you expect. Know, manage, and update your regional book of business to ensure quota achievement by all Territory Managers that report to you. Provide timely, accurate forecasts in Salesforce.com and all other required paperwork. Become a company expert and resource on both ZOLL and competitive products.
