Regional Leader – Edison Engineering Development Program

Job Description Summary

The US Engineering Technical Training Leader / US Regional EEDP Leader will be responsible for evolving and executing parts of Wind Engineering's ACE program, including B-Course and C-Course projects, in collaboration with the lead Technical Training Leader. This individual will also serve as the US Regional EEDP Leader, managing US Edison Engineers and overseeing the program experience, including rotations, offboarding, and recruitment for the US EID pipeline. Edison Engineers are located in Greenville, SC, and Schenectady, NY.

Job ResponsibilitiesTechnical Training (40%)

• Own and improve the B-Course with technical experts, covering seminars, team projects, hands-on training, and continuous learning.
• Share responsibilities for the C-Course, including proposals, tracking, and approvals.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Early Career Development Team for cross-training initiatives.

US Regional Leader (60%)

• Manage and mentor US EEDP members, supporting their development and ensuring policy adherence.
• Lead regional recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening resumes, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage rotations and offboarding, working with local leaders and HR to facilitate transitions.
• Promote EEDP culture locally by engaging with technical leadership and organizing events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in human resources or talent management.

Additional Information

The salary range is $111,200 - $185,400 USD annually, influenced by experience, education, and location.
