The Regional Sales Director integrates the roles of sales manager and strategic market planning manager to achieve organic growth for the assigned region of Eurofins Environment Built Environment Testing (EBET). The Sales Director position has two main functions, which are managing and mentoring assigned Account Executives (A - Es) to individual/team performance expectations, and partnering with operations and other internal teams to drive strategic plans to meet the overall Eurofins Built Environment Testing Environment business strategy. The assigned region consists of the Western States and candidates must be residing in either Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, or Las Vegas metropolitan areas.
