Regional Income Development Executive

Zurich is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to support sales efforts in our Orlando or South Florida office. The territory includes Florida and possibly neighboring states. Candidates should reside within the territory.

Zurich Direct Markets specializes in Finance & Insurance (F&I) products for the automotive industry, with a dedicated sales team engaging directly with customers.

The Regional Income Development Executive will:

  • Cultivate relationships and drive production in current accounts, securing referrals for new F&I opportunities with large franchised automotive dealers.
  • Support performance and initiatives to foster growth and profitability via ongoing dealership training and development.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through various channels to maintain strong relationships.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, and training events to promote Zurich's marketing efforts.
  • Adapt to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts and secure internal buy-in to sustain good relationships.
  • Work remotely in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Earn a competitive base salary plus a no-cap incentive plan.

    • Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of sales experience, or
    • High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of sales experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong sales principles, techniques, and terminology knowledge.
    • Dealership training experience.
    • Advanced dealership technology knowledge.
    • Basic understanding of all F&I products.
    • Knowledge of warranty claims procedures and terminology.
    • Ability to multi-task effectively.

    Compensation is influenced by various factors including location, skills, and experience. The salary range for this position is $64,600 - $105,900, with potential performance-based incentives.
