Direct-Hire - Regional HR Business Partner - Onsite in Midway, GA

THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacturer in their search for an HR Manager (multisite) to join their growing HR team!

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make an impact? We're seeking a dynamic HR Manager to partner with our leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives across multiple distribution sites. Essential Job Duties:

• Strategic Partner: Collaborate with business unit leaders to anticipate and meet each site's HR needs.

• Employee Relations: Guide leaders, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Co-lead recruiting efforts, from interviewing to Day 1 onboarding.

• Performance Management: Coach leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.

• HR Initiatives: Promote and ensure consistent application of HR programs and policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a similar role, preferably in a distribution center.

• Skills: Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of HR best practices.

• Travel: Willingness to travel (30%) to support sites in GA, IN, and TX.

Schedule, Pay, & Benefits:

• Position stationed at the facility in Midway, GA

• 100% onsite work model

• Flexible core business hours from 8 am to 5 pm EST

• Base pay ranges from $100k to $130k annually + 10% annual bonus
