As wecontinue to scale across markets and regions, we're seeking a commerciallyfocused, detail-oriented finance leader to join us in a pivotal role. This is more than a reporting role. You'llbe a core member of the leadership team, influencing and executing commercialand operational decisions, optimizing systems and processes, and drivingperformance that enables sustainable and profitable growth. An insight to the role: • Leading, supporting and furtherdeveloping a collaborative, high-performing finance team of five • Owning strategic andoperational planning, budgeting, and forecasting - including oversight of andinvolvement in annual planning and audit processes • Acting as a proactive businesspartner to three VPs across the Livestock, Textiles and Pet ID business unitsto deliver commercial, strategic, and operational outcomes • Contributing to regionaldecision-making at both strategic and tactical levels • Regular travel to our plant inSaltillo, Mexico - supporting the plant leadership team with financial analysisand actionable insights • Driving alignment with globalfinance systems and executing monthly reporting, while leading localimprovement initiatives across the commercial business as well as the plant • Overseeing sales, margin,operations, OPEX, and investment submissions as part of the annual budgetingcycle • Managing month-end close andreporting processes towards the global head office • Leading regional reporting,margin analysis, inventory control, audits, and compliance activities • Championing change - focused onscalable systems and data-led decision support Key success factors: • Strong leadership, commercialfinance acumen, and a results-driven mindset • Proven experience in seniorfinance leadership roles with regional or multi-site scope in a globalmanufacturing environment (proven success in managing the finance part of aMaquiladora set up in Mexico is highly advantageous) • Demonstrated success influencingbusiness strategy and delivering measurable outcomes • A track record of leadingthrough change and embedding new processes across operations • Recognized for buildinghigh-performing, collaborative teams • Solid understanding of supplychain finance and inventory management as well as factory controlling • Experience working withmulticultural teams - exposure working with operational teams in Mexico highlyadvantageous • Consolidation toolimplementation experience is a plus • Excellent relationship builderand stakeholder manager - commercially savvy and highly influential This is a rare opportunity to step intoa senior North American regional leadership role within a business thatcontinues to achieve strong results in the US market, with ambitious plans forgrowth and continuous improvement.
