REGIONAL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR-Assisted Living

Salary with Bonus up to $250,000.00 for the qualified and experienced candidate with New York Assisted Living regional experience

Amber Court Management is seeking a Regional Executive Director to oversee operations in its Adult Care and Assisted Living facilities in Brooklyn, Bronx, Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties as well as Elizabeth, New Jersey.

• Requires on-site visits to all communities in the portfolio - this is not a remote position.
• Candidate must have Assisted Living Regional Multi-Site Experience to be considered or contacted.
• Experience in the New York/ New Jersey Market preferred

The Regional Executive Director functions as a member of Amber Court Management's regional team, promoting and encouraging the company's mission, vision, and values in the delivery of quality care and service while assuring successful operations, meeting or exceeding financial goals, and providing direction, support and motivation to all facility executive directors. This position reports to ownership·

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older in compliance with State licensing requirements.
• Minimum of 4 years as a Regional Executive Director in a multi-site environment with commensurate responsibilities.
• Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for a senior population.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize organizational goals
• Knowledge of all applicable regulatory mandates, NYS DOH, OSHA, OMIG, OIG, ACF, ALP, SNAL, etc.
• Ability to form positive working relationships
• College preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to manage team processes and promote a team environment
• Significant travel is required to communities in the Amber Court portfolio for on-site observation and management.
• Salary: $200,000.00 to $250,000.00 with BONUS negotiable based on experience
