The Opportunity: Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager

We're looking for a seasoned EHS professional to champion safety across multiple facilities, driving transformative initiatives that protect people and the planet. What You'll Do:

• Design and roll out forward-thinking safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory bodies.
• Lead comprehensive audits, inspections, and risk assessments to proactively eliminate hazards.
• Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions with precision.
• Support environmental stewardship through waste management and emergency response planning.
• Partner with plant leaders to embed safety into daily operations and long-term strategy.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or a related field, plus 6-10 years of EHS experience in food manufacturing (CSP certification preferred).
• Deep expertise in OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
