Full Time: Monday through Friday, Hybrid Role, Requires regular visits On-Site to Telecare Programs in Camarillo, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Santa Maria

Expected starting wage range is $157,519.25 - $194,565.62, with geographic differentials applied. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Position Summary

The Regional Director manages facilities within the assigned geographical region and/or product line, ensuring achievement of clinical program objectives, quality care, mutually supportive County and State relationships, and budgetary expectations.

Essential Functions
  • Demonstrates the Telecare mission, purpose, values, and beliefs in everyday language and contact with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for administrative functioning of facilities in the region.
  • Uses management practices including staff empowerment, clear expectations, regular feedback, and CQI practices.
  • Supervises facility Administrators, establishing objectives, developing communication linkages, monitoring performance, and financials.
  • Collaborates in strategic planning and ensures personnel objectives are met, including monitoring attendance, turnover, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with State and County officials, providing feedback and data to support performance.
  • Manages county contracts, ensuring compliance and monitoring program performance.
  • Oversees clinical programs, ensuring safety, quality, and staff adequacy, and evaluates clinical needs annually.
  • Manages fiscal objectives, monitoring expenditures and staffing, and reviewing financial requests.
  • Ensures standards for safe and effective care, participates in QA/QI, and responds to patient needs and market changes.
  • Represents the organization in community and industry associations.
  • Markets programs to current and new customers.

Additional duties may be added or changed at management's discretion.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ten (10) years' healthcare administration and operations experience.
  • Master's Degree in Hospital or Mental Health Administration or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor relations and team management.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple sites.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Successful completion of background checks, health screening, and licensing requirements.

Preferred:

  • Experience in psychiatric treatment milieu.
Physical Demands

Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 10 pounds, sitting, manual dexterity, and occasional driving.
