REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - Compass Group, PLC : Job Details

Working as a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) you will lead, run, and encourage a team within Mount Sinai Health System across Metro NY. Collaborate with the regional leadership team and provide planning, direction, and mentorship to the accounts in your territory, while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Your goal is to achieve operational and financial goals in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Hires, leads, directs, coaches, trains, and develops lead team members within a growing region of acute care hospital accounts Drives and develops self and team towards building positive relationships with client(s) and achievement of critical metrics (profitability, safety, engagement, etc.) Assist with acquiring profitable new business and expands existing business within the assigned geographic area.
