Regional Director of Care - Tarantino Properties : Job Details

Directs the Assisted Living and Memory Care Program. This position ensures that company standards and state requirements for resident care are met, directs staff and ensures regulatory compliance. This position reports to the Vice President of Clinical Operations. Essential Functions:Directly oversees the operations and clinical staff within the assigned communities to ensure that the care provided to our residents exceeds operational standards and is in compliance with state and federal regulations. Must be on call 24/7 for their division to assist with any staff or resident issues. Coordinates, along with the Executive Director, staff training and state compliance needs. Manages labor costs, supplies and other line items for the Assisted Living budget. Works with residents, families and other staff to ensure that residents are at appropriate levels of care during site visits.
