We are currently seeking a results-driven Regional Director to oversee our Lanham, Maryland region. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic guidance for the region's psychiatric rehabilitation program (PRP) and multi-level care residential homes (RRP). We're looking for a dynamic leader with exceptional time management skills, effective communication abilities across diverse staff, and a talent for delegation to enhance operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you'll directly manage a team of 3 to 4 program directors.

Compensation and Benefits:Pay Range: $111,616 - $125,010 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience.Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance). PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date). Holidays: 8 paid holidays per yearRetirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
