• Lead sales activities and manage advisor relationships.
• Develop strategies to expand and retain advisor relationships.
• Educate advisors on investment theories and capital markets.
• Consult on building efficient practices for advisors.
• Present Dimensional's investment capabilities and philosophy.
• Implement tailored initiatives and support company goals.
• Represent the company and its investment approach in the industry.
• Drive revenue growth and increase assets under management.

• Deep understanding of Dimensional's investment philosophy.
• Strong sales skills and a network of fee-based financial advisors.
• 10+ years in the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Licenses: Series 7, Series 63/66, and SIE; to be obtained within 12 weeks if not already held.

The salary range is estimated at $155,000 - $185,000, plus bonuses. The role emphasizes a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work and in-office collaboration.
