Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director- Care and Compliance to oversee healthcare service delivery, team management, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites in the Indianapolis region. This is a leadership position ideal for someone with expertise in supporting people who require long-term support services and who has passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day regional operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory programs and standards.
• Oversee regional budgets, contracts, and resource allocation.
• Develop and manage relationships with state and community partners.
• Supervise and support local leadership teams.
• Collaborate on strategic growth and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public health, or healthcare administration.
• 5+ years' experience leading multi-site operations in healthcare, behavioral health, senior living, or human services.
• Strong track record balancing compliance, service quality, and business growth.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and improve operational systems.
