This position is a FLSA non-exempt role reporting to the Senior Director of Regional Programs & Services. The incumbent manages regional activities including the Discharge Assistance Program (DAP), provides technical support and training, tracks data, and prepares reports. Responsibilities require analysis, problem-solving, and adherence to professional ethics and policies. Errors may impact the organization long-term, and the role demands initiative and independent judgment.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a valid Virginia Driver's License, acceptable driving record, and personal automobile insurance for business use. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, along with experience in data tracking, project management, or related areas, is required. Experience in behavioral health is preferred.

• Location: Region Ten Community Services Board, 500 Old Lynchburg Road, Charlottesville, VA 22903
• Pay Grade: 9
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
