This position is a FLSA non-exempt role reporting to the Senior Director of Regional Programs & Services. The incumbent manages regional activities including the Discharge Assistance Program (DAP), provides technical support and training, tracks data, and prepares reports. Responsibilities require analysis, problem-solving, and adherence to professional ethics and policies. Errors may impact the organization long-term, and the role demands initiative and independent judgment.
QualificationsApplicants must have a valid Virginia Driver's License, acceptable driving record, and personal automobile insurance for business use. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, along with experience in data tracking, project management, or related areas, is required. Experience in behavioral health is preferred.
