We created, drive and lead the graph database category, and we're disrupting how organizations leverage their data to innovate and stay competitive.Job Summary: The Regional Consulting Manager leads a team of consultants/technical experts and engagement managers to deliver high-quality professional services that drive customer success with Neo4j. This role balances team leadership, project delivery, and client relationship management to ensure exceptional outcomes and client satisfaction. Working closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the Regional Consulting Manager plays a pivotal role in the company's growth through service excellence and customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Ownership and Operations

  • Manage and consistently improve project financials, profitability, and revenue forecasting, and services bookings
  • Oversee successful execution of consulting projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget
  • Scope new projects, create Statements of Work (SOWs), and collaborate with sales teams to effectively scale the business while being customer obsessed
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and objectives
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning using metric-driven methodologies
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a regional team of consultants, project / engagement managers, and technical specialists
  • Drive professional and personal development of team members through skills development, mentoring, and career guidance
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with leaders in sales, customer success, technical support, marketing, product management, and engineering
  • Collaborate with professional services peers across regions and geographies to share and improve best practices
  • Partner with delivery partners and manage relationships to optimize resource availability and project profitability
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services, with at least 3 years managing consulting teams in a high-growth enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of technical and enterprise architectures, preferably graph data technologies
  • Proven track record of scoping projects, writing SOWs, and negotiating service solutions
  • Experience delivering complex, concurrent projects using structured methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with technical and business stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working with offshore partner models
  • Experience creating and leveraging Salesforce/Certinia professional services booking forecasts and utilization reports to analyze regional business
The annual on target earnings range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This range is an estimate, and the actual on target earnings may vary based on Neo4j's compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company's standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.Annual On Target Earnings Range$160,000—$210,000 USD
