The RBM II position at BW-Fusion (Southeast Iowa) is a pivotal role responsible for driving the market share of BWF products within a designated geographical area. This position involves creating demand for BW Fusion solutions among retailers, dealers, and top growers, with a clear focus on achieving annual targets within the assigned territory. Financial management is a critical responsibility, as the representative will need to be proficient in strategic planning and organizing to maximize revenue and long-term growth while aligning with the BW Fusion Mission and Vision.

Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned targets with BW-Fusion products.
- Identify prospective dealers/growers using business directories, leads from existing clients, inside sales referrals, participation in organizations, tradeshows or conference attendance to grow market share of business and create demand for growth.
- Develop, recommend, and implement dealer business plans and strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Accurately manage inventory, demand, and forecasting to ensure product availability.
- Educate dealers and farmers about BWF products, solutions, and policies.
- Serve as the key business consultant to dealers and farmer customers, effectively selling the value of BWF products.
- Demonstrate proof of product performance against the competition and champion BWF product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Director and teammates to maximize services and sales to preferred growers and key customer accounts.
- Gather, analyze, and utilize market and competitive information to drive business decisions.
- Participate in development opportunities and independently work to expand selling skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure achievement of program execution and fulfillment, including national/regional marketing initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook or other documents.
- Manage payment collection for customer invoices and collaborate with Accounts Receivable on customer payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Agriculture or a related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in agricultural sales and/or territory management.
- Experience in selling biological and nutritional products is preferred.
- Expertise in agronomy and agronomic practices.
- Proven success in cold calling and prospecting new customers.
- Understanding of commodity markets.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, oral, and written).
- Demonstrated initiative, assertiveness, and results-driven attitude.
- Strong business acumen, account planning, influencing, and critical thinking skills.
- Financial, time, and territory management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Digital literacy and data analysis skills to influence decisions.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%, including occasional overnight trips.
- Ability to work outdoors, stand, walk, kneel, and stoop for extended periods on uneven ground.
- Physical ability to frequently lift 15 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
