Regional Asset Protection Manager NH/VT - Global Partners LP : Job Details

The Regional Asset Protection Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Asset Protection. The role involves supporting Field Operations with responsibilities related to merchandise and payment shrink, fuel loss, theft and fraud investigations, incident response, and physical security within a designated region of Global Partner stores.

• Work independently with limited guidance

• Develop and communicate AP strategies and training for districts
• Drive results in theft prevention, resolution, and apprehension
• Manage investigations and safety programs
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Investigate shrink-related issues and respond to crises
• Monitor physical security and analyze exception reports
• Document and report financial and operational impacts
• Support HR during investigations and collaborate with leadership on casework
