Join Allied Universal Compliance & Investigations, the leading global provider of investigative services. Be challenged every day in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. We are looking to expand our elite force of account managers with the addition of Full Time Regional Account Managers in the St Louis/Kansas City area and another in Des Moines or Minneapolis area.

A successful Account Manager will provide exceptional service to existing/new clients in their market through in-person meetings, virtual training, and email/phone communications. They will possess a consistent ability to meet/exceed their monthly sales goal while adhering to their monthly expense requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

    Meet/Exceed monthly sales goals
  • Establish strong relationships through superior customer service within the regional market.
  • Provide positive impact to organizations revenue by maintaining existing customers and closing new accounts.
  • Effectively communicate the Allied story and the products/services we offer.
  • Conduct client presentations and training both in-person and virtually.
  • Conduct in-person sales calls to clients and potential clients
  • Collaborate with other account managers to increase revenue and improve teamwork.
  • Proficiently learn and utilize all electronic tools as required within the scope of this position.
  • Always represent the company in a professional manner during employment; never compromising the company's core values of integrity, morals, values or code of ethics
  • Be an entrepreneurial force in the marketplace to drive growth
  • Be engaged in the insurance claims market through associations, conferences, and other claims related organizations.

Job Requirements:

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree is preferred, or a minimum of 3 years' proven sales, account management, or insurance claims experience is required.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook,Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and various CRM are required.
  • Ability to remain highly productive in a changing environment,
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • You must be able to travel, which may require an overnight stay occasionally.
  • Work effectively in a remote (work from home) environment with limited supervision
  • Consistently meet deadlines and maintain on-time client engagements.
