Refrigeration Technician - SUPERIOR REFRIGERATION SERVICES LLC : Job Details

Superior Refrigeration Services LLC is hiring a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. This full-time position pays $40/hour and includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, PTO, IRA match, a company vehicle, and $500 annual tool reimbursement.

This role requires direct experience working on commercial refrigeration systems — not residential HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair walk-in coolers, freezers, prep tables, ice machines, and display cases
• Work with low- and medium-temperature commercial systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs
• Diagnose issues with compressors, evaporators, controls, and electrical systems
• Collaborate with dispatch and service teams on daily routes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on commercial refrigeration experience (required)
• EPA Universal or Type II Certification
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of commercial-grade systems
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
