Refrigeration Maintenance Technician FULL-TIME

$26.54/hr, plus $5000 new hire bonus, see details below

- Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team.- Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.- Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.- Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.- Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.- Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals.- Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.

Schedule

Shift start: 5:00AM or 5:00PM Shift length: 12 hours Rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Work week starts on Tuesday. One week work schdule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday. The following week's schdule is Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday. We follow a 2 week rotation.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
• Can lift 75 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience OR 1 year of industrial maintenance experience education (e.g., possess industrial maintenance diploma or currently enrolled in technical school) in lieu of experience.Applicants will be considered for Associate Refrigeration Technicians, General Refrigeration Technicians, and Sr Refrigeration Technicians level openings.Basic computer skills necessary for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing required documentation. Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). $5000 new hire incentive
