Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and strengthen Private Banking client relationships, providing high-quality, comprehensive and tailor-made Private Banking services.
- Explore potential Private Banking clients, increase HNW clients market share, and actively perform cross-selling to improve clients' portfolios.
- Lead and provide supervision over a group of Relationship Managers by offering coaching and leadership on client acquisition and management to build sustainable business growth and achieve goals predetermined by Senior Management.
Requirements
- Degree or above, preferably in BBA, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Financial Management.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in financial services, with at least 3 years in client management.
- Sound knowledge in investment and insurance business, banking operations, risk management, and business practices.
- Possess a strong sense of awareness of people, able to identify bottlenecks and motivate sales staff appropriately.
- Possess qualifications in HKSI (Type 1 & 4), ECF–CPWP, CFA, CFP, CFMP preferred.
- Proficient in local regulations regarding customer KYC, portfolio management solutions, and risk matters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua, in both spoken and written forms.
