ResponsibilitiesReyes Fleet Management, 1 of the largest privately held fleets in the US, is looking to hire a Reefer Tech / Refrigeration Technician at our Martin Brower shop in Coatesville, PA.You MUST have ThermoKing experience to be considered.Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm OR 11:00pm - 7:30amPay: $35.00-$41.00/HR based on experience and qualificationsWhy work for Reyes Fleet Management?* 4 Weeks paid time off + Holiday pay* Yearly performance raises* ASE Incentive Pay (up to $2.00 additionally with ASE Certifications)* CDL Incentive Pay-($1.00 additionally with active license)* Career advancement opportunities* 401K and Company paid Life Insurance* Referral bonuses and Reyes Reward program* Health, dental, and vision coverage including multiple medical plans* Tool & Boot annual payout & Paid Uniforms* Great work culture and clean facilities* Financial and wellness discounts and much more!!!Position Responsibilities:* Diagnose, overhaul, adjust, and repair motor trucks and trailer equipment* Test lines, components, and connections using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic test equipment* Interpret complex schematics associated with refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, identify warrantable repairs, and document them on the repair order* Road test vehicles when necessary to diagnose malfunctions, provide additional support for preventative maintenance on tractor trailers, and inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory specifications* Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and pliers, as well as power tools* Other duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Education and Experience:* High School Education or General Education Degree with 3 plus years of related experience* The ability to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit and also regularly lift or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift or move up to 100lbs* Valid Driver's License to operate applicable company vehicles* Must possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement)Preferred Education and Experience:* Technical School certificationEssential Information for Our EmployeesAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
