This individual will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with business leaders to support hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Proactively build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Leverage job boards, networking, social media, and industry connections to attract top talent.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular updates on hiring progress for HR leadership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to financial services, or banking.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting platforms.
