Recruitment Sourcing Specialist - Centra Care : Job Details

Enjoy a rewarding position with CentraCare as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist in our Human Resources department! This is a full-time position working 80 hours every two weeks, Monday-Friday core hours are 8am-4:30pm with flexible start/end time. Will primarily work from home with occasional days on-site for meetings and team building.

Our sourcing team is responsible for executing tactical and strategic talent sourcing for a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical positions at CentraCare. In partnership with recruiters, HR leaders and hiring managers, youll work closely to meet hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing action plans to build a bench of talent for future openings that creates a diverse and inclusive culture at CentraCare. Youll also have an opportunity to partner with Recruitment Marketing and Diversity Specialists to proactively identify talent while creating awareness campaigns utilizing effective branding, targeted media, and measurable insights. This role acts as a brand ambassador for CentraCare, hosting and attending events to promote careers at CentraCare. Here is what we are looking for in a new teammate:

• Bachelors degree or higher is required
• Two or more years of previous talent sourcing, recruitment, human resources, or related experience
• Experience with CRM and ATS technologies
• HR and/or Talent Sourcing certification preferred
