Position Title: Talent Acquisition / Account Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: On-site with hybrid flexibility (dependent on performance and business needs)

A leading provider of talent solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition / Account Manager to support a major client in the manufacturing sector. This role serves as a critical partner to site leadership, driving workforce strategies, talent initiatives, and operational excellence within a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted HR advisor to leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational alignment.
  • Recruitment Oversight: Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-based and technical roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Advise on employee issues, conduct investigations, and support efforts to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate on succession plans and employee development programs tailored to operational demands.
  • Program Implementation: Roll out HR programs, policies, and initiatives consistent with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Performance Support: Facilitate coaching, goal setting, and leadership development activities across departments.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to employment regulations and mitigate organizational risk.
  • Change Enablement: Partner on organizational change efforts through effective communication and employee engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in HR or talent acquisition with a track record of leadership and strategic influence.
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, especially within high-volume or operationally intensive environments.
  • Minimum 5 years in staffing, RPO, or MSP settings.
  • Extensive hiring experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.

Skills and Expertise

  • Deep understanding of business-aligned HR strategy.
  • Proven ability to attract and retain skilled labor in competitive markets.
  • Strong employee relations experience, with a focus on compliance and conflict resolution.
  • Data-driven approach to workforce planning and performance insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in HR technologies (experience with Infor LN a plus).
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
