Recruitment Coordinator - Arrow Security : Job Details

With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to our team in the Long Island Office.

Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for employee relations, compliance, and recruiting? We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to support our field operations and corporate HR initiatives.

Essential Job Duties

• Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates for Security Officer and staff positions
• Ensure all candidates meet strict contractual and licensing requirements
• Coordinate job postings across job boards, community partners, and internal channels
• Support the interview process with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups
• Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and employment eligibility documentation
• Partner with HR and operations to streamline onboarding and ensure file compliance
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives to grow our talent pipeline

Position Requirements

• Experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally in the security or contract services industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office

Bonus Points If You Have

• Knowledge of state licensing or guard card requirements
• Security industry experience

The expected hiring range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 an hour, commensurate with experience and location.
