A leading private equity firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator for a long-term temporary assignment supporting their Business Operations talent team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume scheduling role with significant exposure to senior leadership.
Schedule: Hybrid
Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm
Hourly Pay: $35-38/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple departments, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Create and manage complex interview schedules, often involving senior stakeholders and multiple time zones
- Provide candidates with detailed itineraries and ensure a professional, welcoming experience whether onsite or via video
- Schedule and facilitate Zoom interviews, including troubleshooting basic tech issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Collect and track feedback post-interview; follow up with candidates and hiring teams
- Assist in reference and background check processes
- Liaise with Human Resources and IT to support onboarding for new hires
- Participate in recruiting-related projects and help implement process improvements where appropriate
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or HR support role, preferably within a high-volume, client-facing environment
- Proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS) is required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be comfortable in a financial services or professional services setting with high performance expectations
