As a Provider Recruitment Coordinator at Geisinger, you will play a vital role in supporting our provider recruitment strategy. You will be the connecting link between candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless, high-quality interview experience that reflects our commitment to excellence and care.

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with Provider Recruiters and the Geisinger talent team to develop visit itineraries, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and their families. Coordinate travel, lodging, community tours, and meals for candidate visits.
  • Assist with sending interview feedback requests via the Applicant Tracking System and ensure timely completion by hiring managers.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to implement and coordinate programs and strategies aimed at retaining and engaging talent, especially in high turnover and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Work closely with the Provider Recruitment team, HR, and external vendors to identify enhancements and improve recruitment results.
  • Distribute, collate, and analyze data from standardized post-interview feedback surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work is typically performed in an office environment. The role involves fulfilling all job-specific obligations and adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

  • Education

    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management (Required)

    Experience

    Minimum of 1 year of related work experience (Required)
