Position: Executive Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Hybrid, 4x onsite. 1 day remote
Pay: $36-39
Overview:
As Executive Recruiting Coordinator you will work closely with a team of Executive Recruiters and Sourcers in an exciting, fast-paced environment. In this role, you are an integral partner for executive recruiting coordination activities such as overseeing executive interview scheduling/coordination, offer letter generation with advanced components (including legal review/approval), dashboard reports for HR top leadership and NAHQ, and executive onboarding, including white-glove service.

Scope and Responsibilities:
Serve as a partner to Recruiters and Hiring managers, executing all coordination efforts
Schedule phone, video, and/or onsite interviews for selected candidates
Arrange travel logistics and interview agendas
Draft and send offer letters and new hire documents
Regularly update candidate records and hiring information in the companys HRIS system
Coordinate Interview expense reports
Coordinate employee referrals
Provide follow-up new hire correspondence to candidates via phone and email
Execute background checks and ensure they are completed timely and accurately; collecting supporting documentation if necessary
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Pull and create reports to provide to the Recruiting Manager regularly
Assist in various process improvement projects across the department and build relationships with multiple HR counterparts, e.g., HR Business Partners, Learning and Development, etc.
Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 4 - 5 years experience in a recruiting support environment
Previous experience scheduling a high volume of interviews/meetings within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus (WorkDay)
Education and Years of Experience:
1) Bachelor's degree preferred
2) At least 4-5 years experience in a recruiting support environment
