We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ATS Administrator & Analyst who will also contribute as a Junior Recruiter to support the end-to-end hiring process. This hybrid role plays a key part in maintaining and optimizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing data insights for continuous improvement, and working closely with the Corporate Recruiting Manager to source, screen, and hire top talent.
Key ResponsibilitiesATS Administration & Data Analytics (60%)
Junior-Level Recruiting Support (40%)
2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or Recruiting Coordination.
Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., JobVite, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday).
Experience with data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI a plus).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
A passion for improving systems, process efficiency, and candidate experience.
Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
